This one is especially soothing and relaxing, but with the added notes & layers of sound from the chimes. Makes for a good daytime relaxation soundtrack...

I've listened to this on repeat for about 20 hours so far and it has helped me tolerate some of my pain during my icu stay. Leg pain has been the worst but this takes a little bit of the edge off

i have really really bad generalized anxiety disorder and lately i’ve been throwing up whatever i eat because of it (i get nauseous when im anxious). and this is one of the few things that can help subconsciously calm me down enough to go to sleep. but its not getting better. the anxiety isnt getting better. i know i have to wait and trust in God but why isn’t it getting better? i am in pain and life is like torture right now. when will it stop? when will i be okay? lately i dont even have a single moment of feeling okay…it’s all pain and anxiety and depression
